Creative Services
Project requests do not create a confirmed engagement by themselves. Scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, ownership, revisions, and payment terms should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Digital Assets
Digital assets may include templates, design files, motion assets, presentation assets, web kits, and other downloadable materials. Unless a listing says otherwise, purchases grant a license to use the asset, not ownership of the original intellectual property.
Buyers are responsible for checking that an asset fits their intended use. Do not resell, redistribute, upload, or claim purchased assets as your own standalone product unless the asset license clearly allows it.
Payments And Orders
Orders may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Prices, taxes, fees, and availability may change. If a download, receipt, or order issue occurs, contact support with your order reference.
Sellers And Guest Writers
Seller registration and guest writer registration require review. Layer Nine may approve, decline, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, drafts, or published materials that do not fit the site standards.
